A1Express.com Service Announces New Partner & Customer Managers

February 13, 2006 Atlanta, GA — A1Express.com, a leading provider of nationwide same day courier services and delivery management solutions, today announced the appointment of two new positions designed to more effectively handle same day delivery partners and national courier customers within their rapidly growing courier division.

Matt Howard, recently appointed to the National Partners Manager position, will be responsible for coordinating same day deliveries in areas that A1Express.com does not have a physical location. Matt will work to ensure delivery partners are achieving high on time delivery percentages, accurate order completion and consistent delivery and pick up notifications.

Mr. Howard is also leading the efforts of continuous geographic expansion of delivery capabilities by bringing experienced same day delivery companies on to the A1Express.com team of providers. These efforts allow A1Express.com to offer same day courier services to over 500 cities across the US.

Seth Mills will be leading the customer service efforts as the National Customer Manager for A1Express.com. Seth will be responsible for account creation, special pricing, pro-active communication to customers and proper follow up to ensure satisfaction. This role gives A1Express.com the chance to more effectively determine the needs of courier customers and create new ways of ensuring delivery requirements are always met on time and accurately.
